Announcement on server expansion and suspension of services

In order to provide stable service, starting from 1:00am on March 12, European time, our company decided to expand the capacity of the European Farakov cloud server serving SITERWELL GS188 gateway, the memory will be expanded from 32G to 64G. the server will be out of service for 4-6 hours during the expansion operation (up to 24 hours), the expansion will not affect the access of the original equipment, and the cost of the service will remain unchanged. Please make preparations in advance to avoid unnecessary impact during the period.

 

Afin de fournir un service stable, à partir de 1h00 du matin le 12 mars, heure européenne, notre société a décidé d'étendre la capacité du serveur cloud Farakov européen desservant la passerelle SITERWELL GS188, la mémoire sera étendue de 32G à 64G. Le serveur sera hors service pendant 4-6 heures pendant l'opération d'expansion (jusqu'à 24 heures), l'expansion n'affectera pas l'accès à l'équipement d'origine, et le coût du service restera inchangé. Veuillez vous préparer à l'avance afin d'éviter tout impact inutile pendant cette période.
