The pump in the F100 is acoustically isolated from the chassis, resulting in low noise levels and making it ideal for theatrical and sutdio work. High End Systems Atmospheres smoke generating fluid is specially formulated to provide a dense, safe, water-based smoke of a fine particulate size.
Available with either the timer remote controller, which accepts 0-10V analog proporional signals, or as a DMX-512 version. At its highest output setting, the unit will put out 15 second long blasts of smoke . It can also be adjusted to run continuously, to cover any atmospheric requirement, making it ideal for use with smoke chiller units to create heavy fog, such as in the London Dungeon, or to generate a continuous stream of smoke for theme park rides such as Oblivion at Alton Towers. The F-100 is a favourite in America among film units, theatres and concert events. Its operating temperature is around two thirds of that of other water based smoke machines due to high efficiency heat transfer.
